Can you fill American prescriptions?

Yes, as long as you have a valid prescription from your doctor that is less than one year old.

Do you charged a shipping fee for every prescription?

Our pharmacy will only charge one shipping fee per parcel, not per prescription. This means that if every prescription fits in one parcel, there will only be one shipping fee.

If you are ordering prescriptions for different family members at the same time, please let us know. Call us and/or add a note to each fax cover sheet indicating that you would like to have the orders shipped together. We will do our best to ship them together, although we cannot always guarantee they will be.

Why is it cheaper to order a 90-day supply than a 30-day supply?

Canadian prescriptions dispensed include, by law, a dispensing fee. This fee is exactly the same for a 30-day supply or a 90-day supply. This means that by ordering a 90-day supply instead of a 30-day supply, you will save two dispensing fees.

For orders from other countries, you can also keep shipping costs low by ordering a 90-day supply of medications instead of three 30-day supplies. You pay one shipping fee instead of three!

Do you sell every prescription drug product?

No, there are certain prescription products we do not sell such at life-style, narcotic, or habit forming drugs such as Valium, Tylenol #3, or Viagra. Due of the nature of our delivery methods (Express Post), we do not ship prescription medications that require refrigeration.

I'm interested in placing an order, how do I get started?

That's easy, simply head over to our How to Order page and follow the detailed instructions. If you have any trouble please fee free to Contact Us by phone.

Will my American insurance company cover your prescription drugs?

Our pharmacy is not able to deal directly with American insurance groups. We will however, supply you with a proper receipt that you can provide your insurance provider for compensation. Not all insurance companies will honor this method of payment/compensation. It's a good idea to check with your insurance group before you order your medications from us.

What different ways can I pay for prescription drugs?

We can bill your VISA, MASTERCARD, or debit your checking account (ONLINE CHECKING).

Many customers are choosing to pay using our ONLINE CHECKING feature since it only requires that you have a vaild checking account. When you place an order with us simply choose to "Pay by Check" in the payment options section of the patient order form. Simply fill out the required "Pay by Check" fields, which include the Bank account, Bank Routing numbers, found on the bottom of a check, as well as your driver's license number or mother's maiden name. You don't need to fax or mail a check to us. We will use the checking information you provided to simply debit the order amount from your checking account.

What is your policy on returning medications?

We do not accept for use, or re-use, the return of prescription medications. Any prescription product returned to us will be destroyed immediately.

Alberta pharmacy law states: "The Pharmacist shall not accept the return for use or re-use of any portion of any drug or non-prescription medication (Alberta College of Pharmacists Standard 5.1 (m) Standards of Practice - The Pharmacist, Jan. 1, 1996)".

Is every group order guaranteed to be shipped together?

No. Although we take every possible means to make sure grouped orders are shipped together we cannot alway quarantee it. There are a number of things that can cause grouped orders to be shipped seperatly. For instance, if one of the grouped orders is held up for any reason we will not hold the remaining orders.
